What if I run out of credits?

For your allowance we count 25 credits per conversation, though a normal one uses about 13. At 75% we email you; at 100% the agents pause until the 1st, or you top up on the spot: 10,000 credits for €39, 30,000 for €99 or 80,000 for €229.

And it’s not what you’ll always pay

For every business that signs up with your link and takes out a plan, your fee drops by 10% for as long as they keep their subscription. It adds up: with 10, OnChats is free for you. Whoever joins through your link starts with 10,000 credits as a gift. Your own link is in the dashboard from day one.

Prices exclude VAT. Your monthly allowance comes in credits, and a credit measures what handling a conversation costs: what the agent reads and what it writes. A long conversation uses more than a short one. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month, and if you run short you top up without changing plan.
